đź“–Sunday Recap
Series Title: The Spoken Road: A Journey Through Easter
This past Sunday, we began our Easter series with a sermon titled “Until The Kingdom of God Comes,” rooted in Luke 22:14–23. As Jesus shared the Last Supper with His disciples, Jesus said,
“I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.” (Luke 22:16)
These words reminded us to live with anticipation and purpose.
We reflected on three key truths:
Look forward with kingdom anticipation – Our hope is not just in what has been, but in what is coming.
Remember the cost – The bread and the cup point us to Christ’s deep sacrifice.
Surrender to Jesus – Living with purpose starts with surrendering to the King.
This isn’t just a story to remember—it’s a truth to live.
👉 Looking Ahead:
This Sunday, we continue with “Father, Forgive Them,” from Luke 23:32–38.
“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34)
We’ll explore how these powerful words challenge us to receive His grace and extend it to others—even in the face of pain and injustice.
